Col. Nora R. Marcos is a graduate of Pace High School (1986) and the United States Military Academy (West Point - 1990).  She currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Army’s Network Cross-Functional Team (CFT).  The Network CFT is responsible for the focused integration of network, command, control, communications, and intelligence.  In recent years she has remained in contact with BISD through her Constitution Week video-messages sent to students at Martin Elementary.  This year Col. Marcos was able to address the students in person and speak of her patriotism to the United States as a citizen and as a soldier.  Col. Marcos is currently stationed at Ft. Belvoir in Fairfax County, Virginia.
